A systems approach to long-term dental health
The long-term maintenance of healthy teeth depends on regular preventive check-ups and systematic oral care. An integral part of this care also includes regular dental hygiene visits, which contribute to the prevention of tooth decay and periodontal disease.
Within the center, adult patients are provided with a comprehensive range of preventive and therapeutic dental procedures aimed at preserving functional, healthy, and aesthetically satisfactory dentition in the long term.
Care of uncooperative pediatric patients and subsequent adaptation
It is well known that in some pediatric patients, it is not possible to perform dental treatment in the standard manner. The clinic is therefore equipped with the technical facilities and professional staff necessary to provide comprehensive care even for uncooperative children.
Depending on the individual needs of the patient, various forms of sedation are used, ranging from inhalation sedation with nitrous oxide to general anesthesia. The aim of this approach is to ensure a safe course of treatment and to minimize the psychological and physical burden on the child.
After the treatment has been completed, emphasis is placed on the child’s gradual adaptation through regular follow-up visits, the goal of which is to reduce fear of further dental care and improve cooperation in the future, including visits to other dentists.
Subsequent preventive care is then routinely provided by the child’s regular dentist.
